Ingredients for 4 servings: 400 gr sliced potatoes
400 gr skinned tomatoes, unseeded and sliced
400 gr onions, cutted into rings
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
4 tbsp grated Pecorino cheese
1 tsp oregan
Salt

How to prepare the recipe: "Lucanian style baked potatoes":
Oil an ovenproof dish, place the potatoes, the tomatoes and the onions alternating layers and spread with a little of salt and pecorino. Keep it up until you finish the ingredients, ending with a layer of sliced tomatoes, oregan and pecorino.
Spread the surface with breadcrumbs and sprinkle with the remaining oil. Bake at 150 °C for an hour.
