Ingredients for 4 servings: 1 kg wild boar meat

60 gr butter

How to prepare the recipe: "Wild boar with apples":
Melt the 30 gr of butter into a pan (suitable for the oven) and slightly fry the meat chopped into big pieces. When golden, add a chopped onion and a chopped carrot.
Stir, spread 1 tbsp of flour, let coloring and wet with wine.
Add a clove of garlic, 1 leaf of laurel, salt and pepper. Let it boil, then place the pan in the hot oven at 200°C for an hour. Shortly before the end of the cooking sprinkle the meat with a shot of brandy. In the meantime peel and cut the apples into little pieces and let them brown with the other butter for 10 minutes.
Serve the meat with the cooking sauce and apples aside.
